1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the platform by anyone, whether as a patient contracting directly or as an employee linked to a client company.

By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What the platform offers

Vem Prevenir connects people with health and wellbeing professionals and services. Depending on your package or your company's contract, the platform may include: booking of appointments and tests, teleconsultation, sending and storing health documents, benefit packages, prevention content and the Zélia virtual assistant.

The availability of each service depends on the country, the package purchased and the participating professionals.

3. Registration and account

4. Accounts linked to companies (employees)

If you registered through your company's link, access to certain services is paid for or provided by the company. The company may see identification and job data (such as name, role, department and site) and collective indicators, but it has no access to your medical record or to the content of your consultations. Occupational health documents are only shared with the company when required by law or when the document itself is addressed to it. If your relationship with the company ends, the benefits it funds may end.

5. Health services

6. Zélia virtual assistant

Zélia is an artificial intelligence assistant for information and prevention purposes. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment and does not replace a health professional. You are interacting with an artificial intelligence, and answers may contain errors.

7. Payments, cancellation and refunds

Prices, payment methods and the conditions of each service or package are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by payment partners. Cancellations and refunds follow the conditions shown at purchase and the consumer protection law of your market, including the right of withdrawal for distance purchases where applicable (7 days in Brazil; as a rule 14 days in the European Union).

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful purposes; access other people's accounts or data; upload offensive or false content or content that infringes rights; attempt to bypass security, copy or commercially exploit the platform without authorisation.

9. Privacy and data protection

Your personal data, including health data, is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable law: the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) for the Brazilian market and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the European market. You can exercise your rights (access, rectification, portability, erasure, among others) in the "Privacy and Data" area of your account or by e-mail at [DATA PROTECTION E-MAIL].

10. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, texts, layout and software of the platform belong to Vem Prevenir or its licensors. Using the platform does not transfer any rights over them.

11. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Vem Prevenir is not liable for the professional acts of independent health professionals, nor for damage caused by the user's own misuse of the account, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version is recorded with a number and date, and material changes will be notified on the platform or by e-mail. Continued use after an update means you agree with the new version.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of the market in which you use the platform (Brazil or Portugal), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Questions and complaints: [CONTACT E-MAIL].
