Terms of Use
v2 · 04/11/2026
Last updated: 04/11/2026
1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms
The Vem Prevenir platform (website, panel and applications) is operated by [COMPANY NAME], enrolled with the Brazilian National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ) under no. [REGISTRATION NUMBER], with registered office at [ADDRESS] ("Vem Prevenir", "we"). These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the platform by anyone, whether as a patient contracting directly (as an individual) or as an employee linked to a client company.
By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What the platform offers
Vem Prevenir connects people with health and wellbeing professionals and services. Depending on your package or your company's contract, the platform may include: booking of appointments and tests, teleconsultation, sending and storing health documents, benefit packages, prevention content and the Zélia virtual assistant.
The availability of each service depends on the country, the package purchased and the accredited professionals.
3. Registration and account
- You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information and keep it accurate.
- Your account is personal and non-transferable. Keep your password secret; actions taken with your login are your responsibility.
- Persons under 18 may only use the platform through their legal guardian.
- We may suspend or close accounts used with false data, for fraud or in breach of these Terms.
4. Accounts linked to companies (employees)
If you registered through your company's link, access to certain services is paid for or provided by the company. The company may see registration and job data (such as name, role, department and site) and collective indicators, but it has no access to your medical record or to the content of your consultations. Occupational health documents are only shared with the company when required by law or when the document itself is addressed to it. If your relationship with the company ends, the benefits it funds may end.
5. Health services
- Consultations and care are provided by qualified health professionals, who are technically responsible for their acts before their respective professional councils.
- Teleconsultation has limitations; the professional may recommend in-person care whenever necessary.
- The platform is not an urgent or emergency service. In an emergency, call 192 (SAMU) or go to the nearest emergency department.
6. Zélia virtual assistant
Zélia is an artificial intelligence assistant for information and prevention purposes. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment and does not replace a health professional. You are talking to an artificial intelligence, and answers may contain errors.
7. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Prices, payment methods and the conditions of each service or package are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by payment partners. Cancellations and refunds follow the conditions shown at purchase and the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, including the right of withdrawal for purchases made online (article 49), where applicable.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful purposes; access other people's accounts or data; send offensive or false content or content that infringes rights; attempt to bypass security, copy or commercially exploit the platform without authorisation.
9. Privacy and data protection
The processing of your personal data, including health data, follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law no. 13,709/2018, LGPD) and our Privacy Policy. You can exercise your rights as a data subject (access, correction, portability, deletion, among others) in the "Privacy and Data" area of your account or by e-mail at [DATA PROTECTION E-MAIL].
10. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, texts, layout and software of the platform belong to Vem Prevenir or its licensors. Using the platform does not transfer any rights over them.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Vem Prevenir is not liable for the technical acts of independent health professionals, nor for damage caused by the user's own misuse of the account, without prejudice to the rights guaranteed by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Each version is recorded with a number and date, and material changes will be notified on the platform or by e-mail. Continued use after an update means you agree with the new version.
13. Governing law, jurisdiction and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction. Questions and complaints: [CONTACT E-MAIL].
