1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information from one page to the next. Browser local storage works in a similar way, but the data stays only on your device. This Policy explains which cookies and local storage the Vem Prevenir platform, operated by [COMPANY NAME] (CNPJ no. [REGISTRATION NUMBER]), uses. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
2. We only use necessary and functional cookies
The platform uses only strictly necessary and functional cookies. We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies (we do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). For this reason we do not ask for consent to cookies; in compliance with the duty to inform under the LGPD (Law no. 13,709/2018), we show a notice on your first visit and keep this Policy available at all times.
3. List of cookies and local storage
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
vem_prevenir_session | Keeps you logged in and remembers your session. | Until the session expires (about 2 hours of inactivity). | Strictly necessary |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | Session | Strictly necessary |
vem_prevenir_locale | Remembers the language you chose. | About 13 months, or until you change the language. | Functional (requested by you) |
vp_cookie_notice | Remembers that you have already seen the cookie notice. | 1 year | Strictly necessary |
| Browser local storage (not a cookie) | Shopping basket, draft of the credentialing form, display preferences (for example, hiding subtitles in the video call or the document list view) and the score shown at the end of a questionnaire. | Stays on your device until you clear it. | Functional |
4. Third-party services
Some third-party services may set their own cookies or local storage, only when you use them:
- Mercado Pago payment pages, to process the payment and prevent fraud;
- The Zélia chat inside some questionnaires (Google Dialogflow);
- The video-call page.
Some pages load fonts, charts and scripts from Google and from public content delivery networks (jsDelivr and cdnjs). These services receive your IP address in order to deliver the file to your browser. Each of them has its own privacy policy.
5. Access statistics without cookies
The platform counts visits itself without cookies and without storing your IP address: each visitor is represented by an irreversible code that changes every day.
6. How to control cookies
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to log in or use the restricted areas.
- You can delete local storage by clearing the site's browsing data in your browser settings.
7. Contact and changes
